You can request deletion of your TIP account and associated personal data from ALLTER MMC without signing in. The button below opens a prepared message in your email app; send the message to deliver your request to support.
Request account deletion1. Send your request
Email rashid.asgarov.21@gmail.com with the subject “TIP — account and data deletion request”. Include the account email, institution if applicable, and whether you want the entire account or specific information deleted. If an email app does not open, copy the address into your own email service.
2. Confirm account ownership
We check ownership to prevent unauthorised deletion. Where possible, write from the account email. State if you are a parent or legal guardian. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial request.
3. What can be deleted
After the scope is confirmed, active account access, profile information and associated personal information not required to be retained are removed or disassociated from the person. Institution learning materials are assessed separately to avoid disrupting others’ work.
4. What may be retained
Assessment, attendance, financial and security/audit records may be retained where an institution has retention obligations. Others’ rights and institution obligations are considered. The response explains the possible deletion scope, retained information and reasons; no universal automatic deletion deadline is promised.
Removing the app does not delete your account
Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage does not delete the server-side account. A public demo account is not an individual account. If you accidentally added personal information to the demo, contact support to request removal of that record.
