These terms cover use of the TIP service provided by ALLTER MMC. A separate institution agreement and its internal education rules may also apply.
Purpose of the service
TIP supports teaching and management in schools and universities. Authorised institution staff are responsible for entering and confirming grades, attendance, documents and finance information.
Accounts and permissions
Use your account only within your assigned role and institution. Do not share passwords or sessions. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or information outside your permissions. Report access or data errors to support.
Demo accounts
Public demo accounts are for evaluation and presentation. Demo records must not be treated as actual institution activity. Do not add personal, confidential or real payment information; changes can be visible to others and reset later.
Acceptable use
Do not share unlawful or harmful content or violate others’ rights. Do not use messaging for harassment or spam. Do not bypass security checks, disrupt the service or collect data automatically without permission.
Materials and communication
You must have the necessary rights to share uploaded materials. Check for personal or confidential information before sharing your screen. Do not distribute learning materials or others’ messages outside institution rules.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, network or device issues can affect feature availability. Features may improve or vary according to institution settings. Features requiring browser permissions depend on a compatible device and connection.
