Include the institution name, the page you used, the time and a short description of the problem. Hide other people’s information in screenshots. Do not send your password, sign-in code or full payment details.
Education and account questions
For grades, attendance, timetables or role changes, first contact an authorised institution representative. If you cannot sign in or reach that person, contact platform support.
Privacy and deletion requests
Sending a request from the email linked to your account helps verification. You do not need to sign in. A separate deletion page provides instructions and a prepared email link.
