Information and its sources
An institution administrator or user may provide a name, email, contact information, role, institution, class and group. Depending on the features used, assignments and exam answers, grades, attendance, uploaded files, internal messages, requests and finance records may also be stored. Parent–child links and support service records have separate permissions.
Security information
Sign-in time, IP address, browser and device information, session identifiers, failed sign-ins and administrative actions are processed for account security and auditing. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text.
Purposes
Information is used to provide access, deliver lessons and assignments, manage assessment and attendance, enable messaging, administer institution operations and investigate security incidents. Education and assessment decisions are made by the relevant institution and authorised staff.
Who can access information
Access is limited by role, institution and group permissions. Teachers, leaders, parents and support staff do not have identical access. Authorised technical staff may access information necessary to provide support and investigate faults.
Service providers and integrations
Hosting and email delivery services may be used to operate the platform. Where an institution enables and uses AI or other external integrations, content submitted for that operation may be sent to the relevant service. Do not submit unnecessary personal or confidential information. Ask your institution administrator which integrations are active.
Camera, microphone and screen sharing
Using these features may require a separate browser or device permission. You start screen sharing and select the screen or window whose visible content may be shared with session participants. You can stop sharing and revoke permissions in device settings.
Cookies and device storage
Cookies and local browser storage support sign-in sessions, security, language and interface preferences. A PWA installation may cache general interface resources on the device. Unsaved grade and feedback drafts may be kept temporarily in the current browser tab, in session storage scoped to the user and institution. Sign out and close the tab on shared devices; removing the app does not automatically delete the server-side account or data.
Children and institution accounts
School accounts are organised by authorised institution administrators. Parents or legal guardians can contact the institution and platform support regarding a child’s information. The institution must establish the necessary basis and permissions before entering real pupil data.
Demo environment
Public demo accounts are shared. Information entered in them may be visible to other demo visitors and may be changed or reset for presentation purposes. Do not use real personal information in demo accounts.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the service purpose, institution policies and applicable obligations. No single deletion period is declared for every data category. Academic, financial and security records that must be retained may remain after an account is deleted; reasons are clarified in response to your request. Backup removal depends on backup rotation.
Your choices and requests
Contact your institution administrator or rashid.asgarov.21@gmail.com for access, corrections, account closure or deletion. Include your account email and institution, not your password.
